I really like this song, I love how disjointed it is actually. Some parts sound like a completely different song!

I think Dirtee Disco had a "worse" chart run last year. Or at least, it's sold less than Once. I'm not sure though.

Neva Soft is brilliant, I really need to download it. I would have hoped it was quite a bit higher because it did get quite a lot of airplay from radio 1 and music channels. The chorus is fantastic, and at least it charted in the top 40.

 

EDIT: On the last line of the chorus it sounds like she says 'Lemon Tea' but I think she's actually saying 'Liberty'

wow, what a tragic chart run for Nero :( Swagger Jagger looks like it's out as well, so that's two non number 1s (within a week of each other)

 

Louder has dropped very fast since it got to number 1 :o guess that's the consequence of held back releases

"Neva Soft" is definitely my favourite of the six new entries this week - the blend of rapping/production and singer from the artist works really well; nice to see a UK artist putting something out a bit different. For someone who I'd call a 'big' artist in her day, Ms. Dynamite now only has 5 solo T40 hits (eight in total).

This tune still is amazing :wub: :wub: It's great to see it in the end of the year top ten sellers (at least I think it'll be there :P)

I don't know what to make of Neva Soft. It seems to be all over the place.

Has Promises had the worst chart run for a #1 single since McFly's Baby's Coming Back and its infamous 1-20 dive then or am I forgetting something really obvious?
