I think that's clear, Lawson can't be at number one if they are 700 copies behind, not 700 copies ahead or leading by...

Though I can Lawson finishing the week at 3 or 4, though I think sales will be low around 50-60k

When Mart!n said OneRepublic must be #2 I thought he meant Lawson were 700 copies behind at #3.

So what are the other 6 albums? Cher, Pearl Jam, The Saturdays, Paul McCartney...?

Eliza Doolittle's new album In Your Hands. It isn't doing as well digitally as some of the other albums, but I'm sure it's selling well physical (her last album debuted at #3). I hope it will be top 10 this Sunday!

Living For The Weekend - #6 (4,000 copies)

OneRepublic have been ahead of Miley combined on iTunes since the start of the week so I'm 99% certain they're the #1 in the mids with Lawson at #2 and Miley at #3... :P Obviously Lawson won't last that high up but it seems even if they plummet over the week they've got a top 5 in the bag, I guess the main question now is if it has as bad a chart run as 'Brokenhearted' (6-19-29-50-67-x, for reference).

Shocked at there being a top 7 of new albums at the moment, it doesn't feel like there are 7 albums out this week that could topple Miley even on the first midweek. Presumably John Newman, Pearl Jam, Cher, Paul McCartney, The Saturdays, Jonathan & Charlotte and... Eliza Doolittle? Giggs won't be up there.

Didn't expect the Top 7 to all be new entries! :o I suppose it's likely a couple will drop throughout the week, making room for Miley - hopefully she won't get any higher than #5 though. John Newman will probably stay at number one and I'd expect Cher and Paul McCartney to remain Top 5 so it seems at least a #1-5 drop for Miley isn't out of the question.

Sorry if already posted ( looked but could not see it)

He used to be in Bros (massive boyband in the 1980s).

Ahh I see, thankyou both :P

And for those not in the know, it should be pronounced so that it rhymes with 'Goss', instead of "blows".

MATT GOSS? WHAATT?

Not that shocking in the current sales climate and he has done some decent promo and road blocked Oxford Street yesterday lol!

The only reason I know who Matt Goss is, is because he was in an episode of Mel B's reality tv show It's A Scary Life.
