GGG is vastly more popular on Amazon than Apple/Spotify for whatever reason, we have them to blame for it continuing to linger around the chart long past its sell by date

The song's okay. They were going for a laid-back, besch, summe vibe with the song. But, as we saw with ALL of Solar Power, that hits less thsn it misses :lol:

 

The rapper on it sounds bored, and the lyrics are like pop spiritualism by numbers. It's not exactly a deep dive into spiritualism, and so the lyrics come off as trite. Not her best. Antihero was a much better lead single.

With Amazon it may well be because you have such little control over what music Amazon gives you - even less than with selecting playlists. You just have to listen to whatever music Amazon shoves at you, unless you have Amazon unlimited.

Quite like the new Ed on first listen, probably won't do much as a TV soundtrack single, In before the flop comments or the cheesy fad is over

Those streaming numbers for No1 seem very low on Spotify. When was the last time they were below 300k? Probably wasn’t as long ago as I’m thinking but I can’t remember the last time I saw them that low.

Bingo ^_^ I did not think anyone took her seriously, they certainly didn’t when that Munch song was a thing (for all the wrong reasons). I feel like this is the case with a lot of “meme” artists that actually have very little talent (Lil Nas X is another one IMO)
