Can't see anything bigger keeping this from #1.

Their last album opened on just over 100k and I think this could do the same.

Given the fact they almost sold out 10 nights of Wembly just on the presale, which you got the code from per-ordering the album, I'd expect it to be selling hundreds of thousands of copies, but realistically I think 75-100k - probably around the 90k mark. Think 'Music of The Spheres' did around 103k almost exactly three years ago in 2021.
Guessed for 75-100k too as don’t think it’ll be as big as the last album and tbh was quite surprised it opened so well last time but think everyone was thinking of the Ed/Adele/Abba showdown a few weeks after that and it went under the radar!
#1 is guaranteed as for sales probably 125k minimum maybe higher given this is a bigger year for sales

Guaranteed #1, I’m expecting opening sales of 130K

Arctic Monkeys managed around that in 22 and can see Coldplay doing the same. In terms of first week sales (not the market as a whole), they’ve increased over the past 2 years. People like to collect vinyls moreso; so can see it doing better than their last album in first week sales (this trend has been seen with many artists)

In at #1 on 50k-75k sales.

I can't believe someone voted for it to miss the top 100!

I can, we always have a few who always vote for the lowest available option 'for the lolz'

I'm guessing in the region of 85k anyway

I voted 50-75k cos i dont think they have the crazy multiformat buying fans

I’ve bought 2 versions of the vinyl

Number 1 on about 70k.

I'm hoping they can get 100k

I’ve bought 2 versions of the vinyl

but 2 is not crazy buying, you have to buy all of them

like the people who bought 4 copies of Taylor's Midnights to make a clock :D

Amazon have sold over 2,700 copies in 3 variants so far.
Interesting how they continue to keep their albums no1 streak alive in the UK but haven’t had a US no1 album in a decade (and missed with the last 3 albums).

That's hardly surprising they from UK, Ed last 2 albums (not counting his greatest hits) were easy number 1s here but never did in the US,

Heck plenty of British acts have been humongous here but only had minor US success
