I wonder if physicals shipped. If not, it really could be Taylor vs the Sabrina twins for Christmas #1

Dont think its that expensive if you factor it has 40 tracks

Billie nearly costed the same and it was 10 songs

In comparison, I agree. But the HMV prices are still way much more than on her store (and other online retailers!)

I wish they'd realise this :(

Kelly top 10... AAAAHHHHHHH!

Be nice to see a new Xmas album get there! Sia released her Xmas masterpiece too late after her chart peak for it to chart well albeit 3 songs charted from it in the singles chart!

It was only released a year after The Greatest and the re-issue of This Is Acting...!

I didn’t realise that, should really have charted better as an album then I guess!
Fruitcake had a physical release this week so not sure if it will be a constant in the top 5. Will probably peak this week

Last week Gracie was 5250 ahead of Wham!

At this stage she is down 1180 and they are up 4980, so they are already up 6160 - 900 more than the gap last week.

But Sunday’s Spotify figures are down for both. In terms of sales, roughly 1300 sales down for Wham! and 500 down for Gracie, wiping out the lead they’ve made.

As long as Wham! can stabilise more than Gracie they should be number 1. I think last year they had lower streams on Spotify on most days in the 2nd week than the 1st week of December, and if that’s the case, Gracie could scrape numbers 1 still. But I don’t think their 2nd week decline will be as much this year.

Change the record

No thanks because I’m the only one who’s got the guts to call it out. Ever heard of freedom of speech? When compilations in the 80s we’re constantly going #1 in the album chart and stopping artists from getting a #1 album, OCC did something about it but now that Christmas songs are constantly going #1 and stopping ordinary songs from going #1, they’re doing nothing about it. It’s bad enough that Christmas songs are clogging up the singles chart but it’s even worse when they’re constantly going #1 every year. It’s even made the race for Christmas #1 less exciting. They did something about Ed Sheeran clogging up the singles chart with his whole album

Oh Taylor you are doing the lord's work spacing out the physical sales to continue to block Sabrina.

Looks like Kelly is finally going top 10 then, a year after Ariana did. Wonder what'll be the next Christmas song to get a belated top 10 peak (if any) - Sia, The Ronettes and José Feliciano maybe all in with a chance. Oh my at 'Carol Of The Bells' coming to make the top 40 for the first time as well *.* if we're going to have Christmas charts farcically dictated by basically one playlist I'm glad they at least change things up a little bit sometimes x

Kelly deserves it, Underneath the Tree really is the best Xmas song released this century

That 1 playlist and Alexa's exlusives.

Dean Martin came within 1.5k (less than 3%) of #10 in the post-Christmas chart last year, so has to be in with a chance if the playlisting falls his way again.
Dean Martin has been #9 on Spotify all weekend but "only" #38 on Amazon and #26 on Apple

Ah yes forgot that didn't have a top 10 peak yet as well.
