I wonder if Sam Smith will have a big year this year? With "Latch" & "La La La" going viral, I wouldn't be surprised if they have a big hit with the lead single from their next album. Although not sure if it'll be released this year, but they've been working on it since 2023. They've had a consistent 3 year gap between their album so far though so likely 2026 for release. But if they've got their lead single ready they should release this later this year ala "Unholy". Also didn't realise how big their streams were on spotify. Just noticed "How Do You Sleep?" just passed 1 billion *_*

Bad Bunny back out of the top 200 already as well unsurprisingly, but will be interesting to see if 'DtMF' can enter here soon, it has hit #1 on the global chart today having rapidly increased in streams every day since its release.

 

Didn't realise 'Latch' had been rising as well, would have preferred to have that back in the top 40 than 'La La La' (although I do like that too).
