  • We’ve just had Sombr’s “Back To Friends” reaching the Top 10 in its 13th week so I don’t think that idea would work very well. People just consume music much more slowly now. Also if you did get rid

Aside, this could well be the first First Look of the year where every song played has actually peaked in 2025

  • Yeah I’m aware but the lead is way too big without big physical sales. Ordinary is chart royalty and it would be a shame if such a throwaway song like manchild got in the way of history. I will be

Oh wow a minuscule gap between #2 and #3 in the albums! I guess Addison will have the streaming advantage throughout the week.

Almost 3k in 1 day with 4 chart days remaining

Oh wow, Addison could be coming for #2! Hope she hangs on.

Happy with that for Pulp, that's about what I was hoping for

There would've been a lot of info missing from yesterdays update though and a fair amount of streaming left out.

Will be interesting to know if the figures include Manchild's physicals too

Oh I know 😔 but told you yesterday a 7.3k lead wasn't that big 😬

Top 3 albums should all do better than last week number 1 🙌

Yeah i know 😔 looms like another cursed week at the top 😬

Delighted for Pulp and good to see Marina at 4 and looks likely to stay top 10 with those sales.

Didnt expect Take That Nobody Else to be as high as 18, hopefully it can stay top 75 now but id say it most likely has got nearly all of its sales for the week so it will fall fast.

Chappell back ahead of Rayvn, how on earth has that happened?

not too late for Alex W to save us from more mediocrity at number one then

(I say not enjoying his song but the Sabrina one is even more mediocre aggh)

Probably more missing data than normal yesterday is my guess

I'll take that for Pulp! Had no idea how it would do, but thinking about Blur's comeback numbers I was hoping 30k for the week and it looks there or thereabouts

Ravyn has been ahead of Chappell on streaming so don’t get why Chappell keeps overtaking

Depends on the ratio of free to premium, and have you included video streams in your analysis

I agree it looks odd, for that reason I'd take Alex's cutting the gap by almost 3k in a day with a pinch of salt. (I think Sabrina will rebound a little in Spotify as the week goes on too.)
