Milky's Wings-sampling Just The Way You Are is in the Spotify UK viral chart. Any idea why? I can't see any suggestion in the YouTube or last.fm comments like usual.

That's another song I'm hearing a lot on socials, think it's just gone viral with no real backstory behind it

All The Things She Said has been on the lower end of the dance charts for the past few weeks and has been all over my socials for a while now. Not a song I want to see revived so a bit annoyed it's taking off even more 😬

If its on your socials a little its because you interact with that stuff though 🤣

Yeah perhaps just a random TikTok thing, a quick search of the sound brought up a video from 6 days ago with about 200k likes, so maybe slowly spreading

Early '00s nostalgia rising up again then with t.A.T.u and Milky

I remember both that and Moony - Dove (I'll be Loving You)! :) Both Italian acts with lovely house-pop songs!

No no random at all... watch Heated Rivalry and come back saying that.

If it wasn't clear the first part of my post was referring to Milky - 'Just the Way You Are', brought up by WhoOdyssey - that isn't in the show as well as t.A.T.u, is it?

Alternatively people clicked on the wrong 'Just the Way You Are' instead of Bruno lol

haha yeah sorry, talked sabot TATU, anyway it's an amazing song, and the scene is out of this world, both versions btw.

Bruno Mars Update

Spotify

#14. "I Just Might"

#31. "Locked out of Heaven"

#47. "That's What I Like"

#54. "Die With A Smile"

#61. "Grenade"

#68. "Just the Way You Are"

#80. "APT."

#96. "Marry You"

#108. "When I Was Your Man"

#187. "24K Magic"

#197. "Talking to the Moon"

Apple Music

#9. "I Just Might"

#44. "Die With A Smile"

#46. "APT."

#102. "Locked Out of Heaven"

#180. "Just the Way You Are"

Amazon

#15. "I Just Might"

#86. "Die With A Smile" (+#204)

#116. "Just the Way You Are"

For Amazon, there are multiple versions of various Bruno songs in the 500-1500 area ("Locked Out Of Heaven"/"When I Was Your Man"/"Talking to the Moon"/"That's What I Like" etc). Combined they would likely be near/within the top 200. I'm not sure how to view the Amazon chart which apparantly has all versions combined that I've seen mentioned a couple times? Unless you need to be an Amazon Music member?

Yes, you have to be a member of Amazon Music (not just Prime). I see the chart on the app, but the moment my membership lapses I can no longer see it. They only produce a top 100.

However, it is also a completely different chart as the differences can’t be solely due to combining tracks, although that is part of the difference.

But there is also some clearly incorrect data. They kept suddenly removing ‘Last Christmas’ from their chart, at one point for a few weeks. But for a couple of weeks, they also had a ‘Little Drummer Boy’ as their number 1, and this clearly wasn’t the case as it wasn’t reflected in the Official Charts (if this was true, it’s weekly sales should’ve been at least 50% of XMAS, which I’m pretty sure it wasn’t).

Ah thank you! They have a 30 day free trial so I might have a look.

I do know there are 3 charts. The free chart excludes all explicit versions of songs (if you don't have Amazon Prime or Amazon Music) which makes it seem a lot of songs are higher than they should be. The 2nd chart is the one if you have Amazon Prime but not Amazon Music which includes explicit versions of songs but doesn't combine them all (riddled with lots of songs with multiple versions). Then the final one is if you're a member of Amazon Music.

But the chart is weird in the way it works - I've seen similar to what you've mentioned with songs disappearing then reappearing. A few months ago the chart looked like it reverted back to the early 2010s with Adele's "Someone Like You" back at #2 and lots of old songs around. lol

'Stateside' is in the top 50 for the first time with a new peak of #46 ❤️

Bruno back up to #9 too. Really starting to like that song so would be happy with it becoming a contender for #1 at some point.

I feel like Sienna could challenge in a few weeks if she's performing at The Brits. It seems the song has had a boost in vitality over a recent performance as is.

Because she's that great live, and the song is perfect for what it is! I'm here for it to number 1.

For the Sienna song the 'You Took My Heart' bit and production still reminds me of Pepper and Piano!
