Looks like Fontaines will miss out then :( and Noah dropping is sad, I do hope he can hold in the top 20 though!

  • I think Blossoms will be clear for #1. I think The Beatles will be the biggest competition, but they’re hardly going to sell signed copies if they’re behind 😂

  • Ringo is about as likely to sign CDs as John and George...

Kodaline not even top 40 in the albums then!

Grim - I know hype has gone for them but not to manage Top 40 in a low sales climate is a horrible outcome for them for their final album.

Ya its awful, i really hoped for much better for their final album .

Initial sales for Rubber Soul of 19,348 have nearly surpassed the first WEEK sales for Revolver which were 20,931.

Taylor might want to move up some of those CD singles to ship this week then given SIENNA's right behind her

Just seen Texas is currently leading billboard week 2 so id be very suprised if the cds arnt brought forward worldwide now (probably similar to I knew it i knew you and Australia doesnt feel the benefit until the week after)

Yeah I feel Taylors team will bring the CDs forward at the last minute, shame Noah's decent start didn't hold, should stay top 40 though. Good start for Fat Dog, hope they hold their top 5 spot, such a good album!

From Hits Daily Double.

Drake’s FOMO deluxe edition of HABIBTI looks like the top-scoring debut of the week. But a plucky foursome from the north of England is nipping at the Six God’s heels with their own refurbished title, 1965’s Rubber Soul, now encrusted with work tapes, remixes, lavish printed materials and an entire disc of Jane Asher tapping her boot heel impatiently. Here’s the new-release outlook at present.

Drake (OVO/Republic): 58-63k
The Beatles, Rubber Soul (Apple Corps/Capitol/UMe): 50-55k
Mac Miller (Warner): 33-37k
Dexter and the Moonrocks (Severance/Big Loud Rock): 23-25k
Miranda Lambert (Vanner/MCA): 19-21k

In related news, we’re really nowhere, man.

Glad that Drake will not be #1 in the UK.

They'll wait until Wednesday to get a number and then mark them shipped on Thursday I think

OCC still haven't updated the full midweeks 💀

They were late last Monday as well - we didn't get the update until around 8.30pm and then it was the top 75 - we had to wait even later for the top 100.

Full update is in!

How did you get the update when it isn't even on the OCC website?

singles yes albums not just yet 😅

Olivia Dean possibly coming to chart another song from her album with 'I've Seen It' (but maybe at risk of being her first song to chart but not make the top 40, though it's not far off at #49 in the update).
