I wonder if Sam can win the battle especially with Ariana’s streaming dropping in comparison to the start of the week!

Missing streaming will absolutely help her! And if there's missing official store data too, I think Ari should easily manage it unless Sam's team pull out the stops in a huge way.

also too bad Sam's vinyls were not synchronised and are out in a couple weeks, if out this week, could have made a difference

That answers the question about the Paul Harvey track then - 50 place jump since yesterday! And has had another strong day on iTunes today (about 8x the number two song)

I really think despite the low sales, Sam's album will be consistently in the top 10 for the rest of Q4. It will be their lowest seller by quite some way but respectable enough considering the drop in market since their last release.

I'm not bitter at all, but you've made yourself very clear in this thread and there's no point repeating yourself ad infinitum. You don't like Ariana's album, you don't want her to be #1, you think she's flopping, what's left to be said?

Maybe Sam can score that #1 in the upcoming weeks, just because they peak at #2 doesn’t mean they can’t eventually go #1 and with Diamonds finally gaining & growing, it’s possible
