May 3May 3 Congratulations Till a win at your fifth attempt! Glad to be back to giving points to the winner. An actual second place for Pagasa too. Very happy to see my 18 recipient Ennea also in the top 10!I'm very happy with 7th, my fifth top 10 overall, and first in a year since MØ, also the first time I've been in the bottom half of the top 10. Thanks again to all voters, glad to see Hendinia in the top 10 too after missing out on sending it.Thanks Phil for the speedy hosting!

May 3May 3 Wow, congrats DaTilt!I completely overlooked that in the odds, apologies. Other than that I don't think my odds were horrendous, I called the hits for Pagasa and Yehesi, Bøtanikkä, Bronzil and Hendinia all within a couple of places. Aeroche was a real surprise, 15th?? After winning the semi? It sounded so in keeping with what has done well here recently too.Very nice to see a first time winner, from such a new nation too, didn't take long for Zephyra to win and that's a commanding lead.Congrats Pagasa on claiming the second they should have had the other month this time, and Cody - for once I underpredicted Cor Lupus in the odds!Fab to see Ennea top ten in their first final!I did have Danæviia and Elëdan predicted higher, the latter underperformed a bit compared to what I expected based on the listenthrough reaction but obviously has still done well for a piece like that.Ojnoj was comfortably my favourite after Herbilore went out, shame that couldn't make the top 20.I wasn't as engaged with this final as usual after the DNQ, which is probably partly why my odds were so off with the winner. But it's really nice to see several nations do better than usual. Thanks for the very swift and easy to follow hosting Phil!
May 3May 3 Congratulations @DaTilt ! Enjoying your entry pretty much, so I'm glad it finished even higher than 7th (as I said during the listenthrough)! Thanks @Silas for the great hosting!
May 3May 3 Congratulations to Zephyra Continuum and @DaTilt 👏 Nice song.I had a really fun evening, I was laughing for the first 15 minutes :D Earlier today I had a feeling I might do well, so I even joked in predictions that people would use their once-in-a-lifetime chance to vote for me in the final 🙈 But I was just joking for that reason I came 7th in last Spin-off, and here I made it to the final for the first time and finished 6th, so that’s also my overall record on the forum. I think I either do really well or really bad, but I hope I’ll get better at figuring out what works here while still staying true to my own taste. Even if I like some of the winning songs, they’re not necessarily the kind of tracks I’d personally send.
May 3May 3 Congrats Zephyra!Wow, how is it possible that I already knew 3 songs out of the top 4 and I still proceed with sending something that finishes deadlast? (Obviously I like my own entry a lot more than the top 4, but apparently I'm totally out of touch with what others might enjoy, as I couldn't crack the top 30 in half a year).

May 3May 3 Thanks Phil for hosting and being my second favourite accountant 🖤This month has confirmed I don't want to be a pop girlie anymore. I'm moving back x
May 3May 3 Congratulations Zephyra Continuum, that's an excellent winner, 'Stuck' really stood out to me from first listen and I'm glad it resonated with everyone else to that extent - happy to have given it a good amount of points and contributed to it, all of my votes were so competitive this month and I am very pleased to see one of the stunners from that list triumph, congrats on the debut win too!Have just read all this through as the results were finishing, thanks for hosting Silas, I love how speedy and professional this was and thanks for taking on this month.Really pleased with another 13th place, thanks for giving me another nice hit, I'm still really enjoying this entry and thought it could do... about that as it happened lol. And another couple of 18s too, I love getting those and other big votes, but also good to see a nice steady stream of appreciation from many people across the board.also did amuse myself with having sent one of the shortest songs in the contest but ending up with my top 3 as some of the longest - I didn't expect 'lowmotion algae' or 'The Flood' to exactly set the scoreboard alight but they are both brilliant pieces of music and are far too low. As is 'Resonant Strings' tbh, not good to the top end of my votes. Decent results for 'Electrocommunion' and 'SURFACE TENSION' though and 'A Night At The Opera' and 'I LET MYSELF GO BLIND' smashing was excellent to see when reading through, plus 'Klouds Will Carry Me To Sleep' just making top 10, congrats on those placements guys, well deserved.
May 3May 3 Congrats DaTilt! I did actually comment on the listenthrough that it sounded like it would do quite well, but I did not see it having that big a landslide so late in the game, very well done on a first time victory so soon into your time here. I didn't vote for this one, but it wasn't far off, a strong pop entry.Ooft, just one away from the unique position of 11th, the teasing x I won't sniff at a top 10 placing though (thanks to seven and dhwe for propping me up there in that last section there or I might have been much lower!), especially given I was only 12th in the semi, thank you all for voting, she was one of my favourite discoveries of last year so I'm pleased she dropped this one randomly so I can send an up to date entry, would highly recommend Switcheroo to those that made a good discovery out of this xVery pleased to see Model/Actriz 2nd, although would've loved to see it win (at least it wasn't close), and Ennea getting a first top 10 with their first time in the final is wonderful to see too with a great song, otherwise a lot of my votes were outside of the top 10 but pleased to see a few of my big pointers in the 11-20 section. A lot of that bottom section were really quite hard done by though, Deandria in particular and it was nice to rediscover Polo & Pan after it was in Club Bizarre a while back. Thanks Phil for the very speedy and efficient hosting!
May 3May 3 5 points away from a DNQ oh gawd 7 people ALONE qualified me from the Pop Semi. Absolute HEROES
May 3May 3 Wow - not surprised to get nothing from nations like PopHub, but Sovarasma gave Herbilore 0 point!!!! I am shooketh
May 3May 3 Not POPHub giving me their (and my only) 12 in the semi and then not voting in the final 😱🙈 (thanks for the 12!)

May 3May 3 Great hosting Silas! Enjoyed watching from the sidelines. Shame Ennea couldn’t make it in the end but congrats DaTilt on your first win!!
May 3May 3 Immediately I see Aeroche got 22 points from FARC and POPHub combined in the semi so that alone will account for some of the regression from the semi - it's so odd to see Aeroche having gone so long without a top 10 hit though (still only 7 contests that is lol but relatively speaking), definitely thought this one would get them back there!Me being only 6 points off winning the semi *_* I did think it was the more favourable draw for my song but still definitely did not feel that safe!

May 3May 3 Congrats DaTilt and thank u Silas for the speedy hosting experience!Unless I didn't look properly, it seems I got the most 12s in my semi - four of them That's amazing, thank you. I was surprised to see I came 9th in the semi also. My final result of 37th is my worst since my return last year though (apart from the one DNQ) Oh well, I have a banger prepared for next contest (unless I change my mind but I doubt it) and it's like the polar opposite of 'How The Eye'.
May 3May 3 Well done DaTilt - always great to see a first time winner and it was with a song I liked too. I thought it sounded like something that would do really well (partly because it was more pop than I would normally like but I still liked it!) so I'm chuffed for you that it did so well.Ah so Wasia Project didn't manage anywhere near my hoped 23rd then! 😂 I knew they were being overpredicted so not at all sad though, I imagine it was a song that most people liked but not many people actually loved. I liked the feel of it more than anything else, it just had a sort of sombre elegance to it.Great to see my 18 make the top 10, well done Terra Avium. And, of course, great to see Ennea getting top 10 with their first qualifier!
