I’m definitely here for Ariana to save us! I know yes, and? Didn’t get the #1 debut but those sales it had in week one were great and Stick Season hadn’t been #1 for quite as long as what Rein Me In has! I’m quietly confident she could at least get a single week there! I don’t know what streaming numbers she’ll do but I’m definitely thinking a big day one she’ll get a lot of curiosity streams for sure and she does have stans too!

If you had told me that of the three Bed artists, that the two DJs wouldn’t chart again in the top 40 after the next calendar year, the whilst the singer would have two number one hits - one of them being a 5 minute song about alcohol dependency built around a theremin synth with three different endings, the other being a vintage jazz song where she says more words per second than most rappers, alongside top 30 hits consisting of a 9 minute jazz number where the last third is just scatting and and 6 minute classical composition about overcoming depression alongside Hans Zimmer.

I would’ve laughed to high heavens.

That’s the thing like Okivia and Harry’s week one sales I’d rather a song stayed ahead and naturally climbed to replace RMI if it’s gonna get there.

Tbh I don’t even think Rein Me In needs to increase week-on-week. Would suspect a significant market drop due to Drake’s album falling off and the bank holiday. Hard to see how it doesn’t avoid ACR tbh

I'm seeing nothing but Zara performances from Radio 1's big weekend on my Tik Tok (a couple of sprinkles of Flo here and there but definitely not as much as ZL) especially shots where the crowd are singing SO loud to 'Midnight Sun'. I am watching those videos with tears in my eyes just PROUD of how far she's come.

I saw her whole set televised and she's a damn good performer!

Seems absolutely lovely too.

I wish I could understand why the weather becoming unbearably hot is causing so many people to want to listen to 'Rein Me In' more but eh x (it doesn't exactly strike me as a summery song)
