Looking like another dry week for new entries unless Sienna and Madonna hold up then. Bring Your love at 108 is Madonna's only other song on the Spotify chart

What do you mean "Oh well"? You can't be disappointed with a solo Madonna song making the Top 50, surely??

I can understand why today's Spotify chart may seem a bit underwhelming compared to the album bomb on Apple, but a 67-year-old artist debuting in the Spotify top 50 with brand new solo material is not something you see every day indeed 👏

It is a fantastic achievement. If you told me on Thursday shed have multiple songs top 200 I wouldnt of believed you let alone 1 top 50

And you can even say its the sabrina effect this time

I was indeed mirroring this with AM performance which indicated a bit better. Albums also tend to lift individual songs higher than they would go as singles, which didn't happen with Confessions II at all beyond Danceteria (the focus track).

The album will still be runaway #1 but hoped a decent splash for singles chart too.

I thought the 59p price tag on iTunes and the fact sales are low on there would see it be #1 for most of the week but it’s started to fall (currently #9).

Not convinced it’ll hold up on Spotify so Apple will need to do all the heavy lifting if it’s going to be a hit

It's great to see Danceteria Top 50 on Spotify.

If I be a million percent honest, the NMF placing and the album bomb on Apple did raise my expectations a bit, but if I bring myself back in check, it's a new solo Madonna song on streaming in 2026... #44 is amazing.

I am expecting it to leave the Top 200 tomorrow though like BYL did.
