Seeing as less than 20% of the market is physicals and they have held up throughout the pandemic and more people have switched over to streaming I am shocked that 3.8k is enough for a midweek album #1 - pandemic or not the album chart continues to die a slow death each week.

I agree if you're looking only at numbers perspective but calling it market dead during these times I think it's not right. If numbers don't recover after the pandemic is over then you and we should start getting worried about it...but not now!!!
