April 14, 20251 yr Last week, top 40 was about 10k, so I think fortnight has it locked inSabrina I think will be #2 or #1 by friday
April 14, 20251 yr Ouch at Bon Iver :/ I was sure he was gonna do triple than that :/ not a very good prediction ♦️ I thought there was buzz and good revies and his first in a long time, big push, lots of variants... in singles, very low streams besides the Ordinary song

My favourite of these is 'Angel of Mine' good emotive dance we have been missing from the charts for a while. The James Hype song still reminds me too much of the 2012 Chris Brown song of the same name. 'I Need To Know' is good 2007 style bassline.

Love Monica's version of the song.

So beautiful.
April 14, 20251 yr Love that Tobiahs has snuck into the midweeks - never thought I’d see a Mushroom Records release trouble the charts again here
April 14, 20251 yr Blink Twice needs to move up, shame how it keeps happening with people like Shaboozey and Dasha not being able to get that second major hit, these are not one hit wonders in the old sense but sadly in chart terms they feel that way. Also don’t get why so many 2025 songs are struggling to catch on in the same way as 2024s which have hung around forever! Edited April 14, 20251 yr by Boymetworld91
April 14, 20251 yr I managed to get a copy from spinning records, I don't think they had many copies as they sold out online within seconds.

I haven't even heard another song by her and I kind of live and breathe pop music

April 15, 20251 yr I'm sure I also heard 'Didn't I' on the radio a few times, I'm surprised that didn't catch on.

Yes, she is a ‘One Hit Wonder’ in that she’s only had one (big) hit - but remember so many acts these days are popular without even making the singles chart.I wonder if anyone has a list of artists who have had their 2nd top 40 hit in the past few years. I wouldn’t have thought it was huge numbers.

And now here we are with it very much about to be beaten.
