NELIÖNOIR is without its delegation, in upheaval, and facing demands from an anonymous nation.

They will not stop me from hosting the broadcast alone.

◾ Rank your top 10 entries from your semi-final using this point system: 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
◾ Send your votes via PM to me (blacksquare) — do not post or share your votes with other nations.
◾ All votes must be submitted by 23:59 (BST) Wednesday 8th October.
◾ If a nation fails to submit its votes on time, a 33% deduction will be applied to its score. Any deadline extensions will be announced in this thread.
◾ As auto qualifiers, Neliönoir and FSR Rontvia must vote in both semi-finals.

Won't be able to follow this live but excited nonetheless, I am slightly more optimistic about my chances this time than with most of my recent entries.

Excited

And since we’re already in October, I made sure (by accident lol) that the song I’ve sent, it fits well with Halloween theme.

Happy Halloween!!! 🎃

excitement!

Danæviia are in it to win it this time

I kid, I’m actually not recycling a former entrant.

while you all wait why not find yourself an entry for the current 20th century forum contest?

Exciting!

I have gone poppier during a month where quite a few alt countries have returned lol but still an entry with a dark edge 👀

Hendinia going for a FIRST TIME ENTRANT for the first time since Victoria ten contests ago (or since Pixey last February if we're including Anitta who is a recycle)! Inspired! Hype ha!

Sent a first time entrant that likely no one will have heard of, so yeah, expecting lots of other nations to have a headstart, at least in terms of hype!

An possible change of direction in genre for East Rukahavian in this contest. Sorry I won't be able to follow this live.

Alt bloc takeover incoming

Fun times

Hype hype hype ratatatatata

First time entrant from me too this month!

Hoping the pop fans may like it - although this is not at all guaranteed as I have no idea how to select a song for y’all in the pop block

I have sent a song I'm confident nobody has heard (obviously uhsting might have done) by a first time entrant, and it's another with 4,000 streams and 100 Youtube views - exactly the same as Argo weirdly.

However, it HAS been remixed by a familiar name in FSR Rontvia and elsewhere.

Did I AQ, or am I going on the semis rollercoaster?

Rd’Á is doing what Rd‘Á does best and is self-recycling.

54 entrants so you've made the cut to the finals!

I take it that means Macromia haven't entered for the first time in more than a year? That's a shame.

On a related note, I see that Macromia were the last new nation to enter BJSC, last September, going by the registration thread?

She just wanted to take a break😊

Yes it's been a while since a newbie joined, could 2025 be the first year ever without any new countries?

Will try not to sleep through the reveal but I make no guarantees x

(I was wondering re the lack of Macromia but fair enough, hope to see them back soon - otherwise it's only Hushkanukia and Utopia we've lost from last month, both of which have only been occasional participants for some time)
