A thought: someone should stream the synctube listenthroughs on discord so that people will be able to listen to the songs on the site when on mobile

It’ll make it more accessible since not all of us are gonna be at a laptop or desktop during these and if we use mobile we won’t get 70-75% of the songs bc google blocked them from 3rd party sites

Re the listen through, I also stopped attending after most of the entries didn’t play on my phone so it could be worth considering the stream to discord option if it’s not too much hassle

I nominate we assign uhsting as BuzzJack's Head of Social Engagement and allow them to source whatever platform they deem to be fit for purpose. They can also figure out how to stream to Discord too.

I know how to stream too, but I thought someone else would step up last night since, thinking you have already been doing that so far. Its pretty easy.

I'm finding it strange that synctube doesn't work on people's mobiles... I use chrome on android... Sometimes it doesn't play if I close the window and return to it until I refresh it, but otherwise I've had no problems in the few that I've attended (when I've a actually had my volume on lol). I wonder if that's a location block/browser blocking it? Maybe I'm just lucky haha

Same for me - when on mobile I use Samsung's browser on Android and it works fine, other than occasionally if it stops playing I have to refresh and press the play button in the middle.
